Counsely is designed for flexible, project-based work rather than traditional long-term hiring. While you can collaborate with the same freelancer across multiple projects, direct long-term employment arrangements fall outside the scope of our platform.
That said, we understand some projects may naturally require more time. Although there are no strict limits, we encourage keeping projects structured and manageable—this helps ensure smoother progress, clear accountability, and easier tracking for everyone involved.
Counsely maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward fraud. Users who engage in such behavior will face immediate consequences, which may include suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
Our community is built on trust, respect, and integrity, and we are committed to protecting that standard.
If a banned user maliciously attempts to re-register under different credentials in order to harass, disrupt, or otherwise compromise the safety and comfort of the Counsely platform, we reserve the right to take active legal action.
