It all began with delusions
Quality deliverables won't feel like a gamble.
Freelancers can be consistently reliable.
Consultants could do more than deliver decks.
Talent marketplaces would be efficient than overwhelming.

Too few options
Too many options
We came across the Choice Overload Paradox, an experiment that shows how both extremes lead to dissatisfaction. Too many choices overwhelm. Too few choices restrict. Either way, you lose.
From here, we realized that existing freelance marketplaces are overwhelming. Too many options. Too many levels. Too many metrics that tire you out before you could make a real decision.

What we observed
Our hypothesis
Our point of action
Distrust between freelancer and client stem from inconsistent experience
Quality control means intentional curation
Curated talent pool
Strategy is expensive. Execution is risky without guidance. Yet, they're separate.
Strategic consultants can be great project managers.
Consultant and PM into one
Freelancer is used too broadly. Important components that make up freelancing are overlooked
Freelancing needs a proving ground before stepping into client work
A space to learn and be guided to ensure readiness

We are a band of walking contradictions unafraid to back down from making our mark in this world. These are some of the things we find non-negotiable in our team players.
I succeed by making the most of my resources, opportunities, and limits.
I commit to my role and give my best to help create a fair, healthy collaborative space.
I believe success is limitless, and by supporting others, I strengthen my own.
I build a lasting career by creating trust and pride through service that stands apart.
Every project is a stepping stone that prepares me for greater challenges ahead.
